Tweaking is a waste of time delay when we click the menu and Windows XP to show Menu.
How to speed up Loading Windows Menu :
A. Start> Run
2. Regedit> Ok
3. "HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop"
4. Select / Highlight "MenuShowDelay"
5. Right click and select 'Modify'
6. Type the number "100? (originally 400) Number 50-150 which is a good range, can be tailored to your Mood
